This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on WifeyGPT subscriptions and token purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

Overview

At PAP, Inc., we strive to provide excellent service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase
  • No refunds are available after 24 hours or if any premium features have been used
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable

Annual Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase
  • Partial refunds are not available for annual subscriptions
  • No refunds after 48 hours or if premium features have been used

Token Purchases

Token purchases are subject to the following refund conditions:

  • Unused tokens may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once any tokens from a purchase have been used, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable
  • Token packages are sold as complete units and cannot be partially refunded

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within the specified time frame
  • No usage of premium features or tokens
  • Account in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
  • Valid reason for refund request

Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions after the refund window has passed
  • Used tokens or token packages where any tokens have been consumed
  • Services already rendered (conversations, image generations, etc.)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Cryptocurrency payments (due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@wifeygpt.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID or receipt
  4. State the reason for your refund request
  5. Include the date and amount of the purchase

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
  • No refund is provided for the remaining subscription period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of requesting a refund through our process may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Collection proceedings for disputed amounts

Please contact our support team before initiating any payment disputes.

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy in cases of:

  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Duplicate charges due to system errors
  • Documented medical emergencies

Special circumstance refunds are granted at our sole discretion and require supporting documentation.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
